Methodology:

2 things create an unstoppable business model:

  1. A business that has an LTV above all its competitors
  2. A CAC that approaches zero

We are hunting for both measures with CAM bonusing.

CAM’s need to be bonused on 2 primary things:

  1. Client Retention – measured directly
  2. Profitability – measured indirectly

Client retention should be measured via churn, where the definition of churn is based on revenue. This means 2 things:

  1. Clients lost impact churn, but more importantly.
  2. Primary focus is on referrals and upsells to offset churn

Profitability is measured by DLER of the pod (or Billable hours if applicable)
