A role (or job description) must have 3-5 Objectives.

Each Objective has 1 Metric that meaningfully predicts revenue. The only problem is: Metrics are slow. To fix that, each Metric has a KPI that helps us predict the Metric before it happens. Below each Objective is paired with 1 Metric and at least one KPI. The Objective, Metric, and KPI sets create an airtight system when assigned to the right people and roles in the right context.
